When submitting sightings, you agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated reports
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Post offensive, harassing, or illegal content
• Spam or submit duplicate reports
• Attempt to manipulate the probability scoring system

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You may delete your content at any time.

5. Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these terms. New users' submissions are reviewed before publication. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Disclaimer

Paranormal Events Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted sightings. The probability scores are algorithmic estimates and should not be interpreted as scientific validation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
