Our Mission
Paranormal Events Tracker was created with a simple goal: to provide a platform where people can document, share, and explore unexplained experiences from around the world. Whether you've witnessed strange lights in the sky, encountered something unexplainable in the woods, or experienced phenomena that defies conventional explanation, this is your place to share it.
With our recent social media integration, the tracker now goes beyond firsthand accounts. Paranormal content found on TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook can be submitted directly, embedding the original post so the community can evaluate it together.
We believe that by collecting and analyzing these reports systematically, whether witnessed in person or surfaced online, patterns may emerge that could help us better understand these mysterious occurrences.

Social Media Sightings
Not every sighting is witnessed firsthand. Paranormal content surfaces every day across social media, and now you can bring those posts directly into the tracker. When submitting a sighting you can choose "I found this online" and paste a link from any of the supported platforms:
The original post is embedded directly on the sighting page so visitors can view the source material in context. You can also credit the original poster so their contribution is acknowledged.
Social media sightings go through the same review and scoring process as firsthand reports, with adjusted weighting. Community votes carry extra influence and the overall score reflects that the report is secondhand. You can filter between personal and social media sightings on the sightings page.
Understanding Probability Scores
Each sighting receives a probability score from 0-100% based on several factors:
- • Description Quality: Detailed, specific reports score higher
- • Evidence: Photos and videos increase credibility
- • Reporter Reputation: Established users with verified reports score higher
- • Corroboration: Similar nearby reports boost scores
- • Recency: Recent sightings are weighted slightly higher
- • Source Type: Social media sightings receive adjusted scoring. Community votes are weighted more heavily while the base score reflects secondhand sourcing
