This looks like the reflective blue lens iPhone anomaly as the reporter stated. However, zoomed in it looks pretty interesting so I would like to investigate further.

Zoomed in does anyone else see a Burlesque Dancer in the anomaly? I've added a couple of reference images of dancers between 1930's-1960's as a visual. It would be interesting to see if the reporter had or could capture the name/dates on the grave that this light is hovering above.
